Congratulations to Gracie, Our 2020 Scholarship Winner!

We are pleased to announce that our patient, Gracie, is the winner of the 2020 Vinson Orthodontics Scholarship! Gracie will be attending UNC Chapel Hill this fall! Go Heels! Gracie graduated from Clayton High School earlier this year. During her attendance at Clayton High School, she participated in a variety of activities: Captain of the Varsity Soccer Team, Student Body Treasurer, Junior Class Treasurer, Editor of the school yearbook, a member of Health Occupations Students of America, National Honors Society, and was Junior Marshall. When not participating in extracurricular activities at school, Gracie was the Team Captain of her NRFA Club Soccer Team, was involved in WHY Mentoring with Cooper Elementary, and spent 7 years volunteering at Horne Memorial United Methodist Church (conventions, mission trips, blood drives, and more). She received awards for Outstanding Achievement in both Honors Anatomy and Physiology. And, still made time for babysitting! Gracie, we could not be more proud of all that you have accomplished! We look forward to hearing what you do next and wish you the best of luck at UNC Chapel Hill!
