Today is bittersweet. It marks the last day of treatment for my third child. My first two choose Invisalign, my last choose braces. We will miss… seeing everyone’s smiling faces in the office. Just left our appointment and my daughter will be starting her Invisalign treatment in 4weeks. We have been coming here for 4 years building up to… this moment. We got her initial consultation in 2020. Dr. Vinson told us orthodontics would be great ultimately, but it would be best to wait until all her adult teeth came in. And here we are! From the first meeting I felt like he cared about us, and had our best interest at heart! I feel like any other business would just want to get their payment sooner, but he waited until it was best for us. Dr. Vinson is a man of integrity and we are grateful to be treated by him!read more

I can’t remember the last time I was met with the same welcoming and friendly service elsewhere as I did when I first came here today. Lisa and… Leanne at the front desk were so cheerful and friendly, and as the first faces I see when I walk in, that already set the tone for the rest of my visit. I came in for my initial Invisalign consultation — I had so many questions, and was pretty hesitant because I’ve gotten opinions from a few other orthodontists that left me with more questions than answers.Angie (treatment coordinator) was so patient with me, and was thorough in answering my questions and explaining to me the Invisalign timeline and process. I briefly met with Dr. Vinson and he was also patient, and most importantly realistic with expectations. I was able to see my x-ray and scans to see the projected outcome of the Invisalign treatment. It was important what my goals for treatment were, and my concerns were addressed.Beverly (financial coordinator) was so helpful in discussing my treatment plan payments. I was not expecting to go forward with Invisalign treatment today, but I felt no pressure to make a decision, my questions were answered, and when you know you just know.When people are passionate and genuine about what they do, it really shows. From walking into the office to walking out, I felt so welcomed and valued — my first time coming here! Thank you to the amazing staff for making my visit one of the best I’ve experienced, and I’m so glad to be starting my treatment soon!read more

It’s been 14 years since my kids have been going to Dr. Vinson. My daughter was a complicated case but Dr. Vinson and staff got her all… straightened out even with her anxiety. Then my son has had a great experience there too. It’s nice that there isn’t a big turnover of staff and the patients get to see familiar faces most every time. They have a gaming area for kids, fresh cookies, and comfortable seating while you wait. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Thank you!read more
